**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, pitching our HR and recruitment solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients across industries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Pitch Remark HR’s solutions to decision-makers (HR heads, business owners, etc.) across SMEs and enterprises.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly) and maintain high conversion ratios.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor data to refine the go-to-market approach.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B field sales (experience in HR services, staffing, or recruitment preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
