**Job Title**: Back Office Executive

**Reports To**: Office Manager / Operations Manager / Department Head
**Location**Indore
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and support tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the company’s internal processes. This includes data entry, record-keeping, documentation, coordination with internal departments, and providing support to the front office and management team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **data entry** and maintain accurate records in databases and systems.
- Manage and organize **electronic and paper files**.
- Handle **inventory management** and **procurement-related documentation**.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth **workflow and communication**.
- Assist in **preparing reports**, presentations, and internal documentation.
- Ensure **confidentiality and security** of data and documents.
- Conduct **basic research** and gather data as required.
- Provide **administrative support** to HR, finance, and other internal departments.
- Monitor and update **internal tracking systems** and logs.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in a back office, administrative, or support role.
- Strong **computer skills** (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and verbal **communication skills**.
- Ability to **multitask**, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of **accuracy**.
- Discretion and integrity in handling **confidential information**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **ERP or CRM systems**.
- Experience in [industry-specific] operations (e.g., banking, logistics, healthcare, etc.).
