**Your Role**:
As a Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in aligning **sales insights with marketing strategy**—bridging on-ground realities with customer-focused campaigns that deliver impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the sales team to identify customer needs and translate them into targeted marketing actions.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support lead generation, B2B outreach, and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to product launches, events, and trade show marketing. **You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally with **industry or B2B sales exposure**.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- A deep understanding of market trends, customer buying behavior, and channel marketing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM, and reporting platforms.
