- Efficiently organizing posts across multiple channels.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse marketing departments, ensuring uniformity in branding efforts.
- Generating various types of content, such as texts, videos, and images specifically tailored for social media platforms.
- Meticulously monitoring data analytics to evaluate the performance of ongoing promotions.
- Promoting products, services, and content on social media while maintaining the organization’s brand image.
- Managing a designated budget allocated for promotional activities.
- Engaging with customers by promptly addressing inquiries and providing assistance when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
A social media marketer should possess the following skills and qualifications.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience required: 2 - 5 years
- Exceptional knowledge of various online marketing channels.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating multitasking capabilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design.
