**Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling and engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas
- Participate in content planning sessions, focusing on Instagram and Facebook strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices on Instagram and Facebook
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community
- Assist in analyzing content performance on Instagram and Facebook and provide insights for improvement
- Work on growing your own social media handles alongside your work for Social Baniya

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms, features, and trends
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freshers with a strong desire to grow in the social media space and build their personal brand are encouraged to apply

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,800.00 per day
