**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Engage with the audience and respond to queries in a timely manner.

Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (if required).

**Requirements**:
6 months to 3 years of experience in social media management.

Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics.

Creative and strategic thinking with excellent content creation skills.

Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
