Objectives of the Job: (Summary of the position)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and execute social media strategies, manage content calendar, and stay updated with industry trends.
- **Content Creation**: Create and manage content for social media platforms; collaborate with design and project teams.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and respond to comments and messages; foster a positive online community.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track social media performance, generate monthly reports, and provide insights and recommendations.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns; monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- **SEO and Website Handling**: Collaborate with the website team for SEO best practices; manage and update website content.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts; coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in construction or interior design.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with website management and SEO best practices.

**Must have proficiency in video editing software, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.**

Experience: 2 years in similar position, apart from Internship.

Compensation: CTC - 3 LPA to 4 LPA
