**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Marketing Executive at our Gurugram office. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. This is a hybrid role that allows for some remote work.

**Qualifications**
- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and implementing data-driven strategies
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and potential market opportunities
- Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as social media, and advertising
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
- Creating content for social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences
- Building relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process
- Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services
- Coordinating with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features
- Analyzing data to determine marketing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
