**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, and videos, for our social media channels.
- **Content Calendar**: Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- **Community Management**: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- **Analytics**: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Paid Social Advertising**: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to reach a wider audience and drive conversions.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our products and reach new audiences.
- **Video Production**: Shoot and edit videos for social media, including product demos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, photography, and video production.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and the e-commerce industry.
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising.
