Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Gurugram. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and managing content for various social media platforms, and optimizing posts for better engagement. This role involves media planning, communication, and regular analysis of social media performance to ensure continuous improvement. You will work closely with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and ensure consistency in brand messaging. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, present strategy proposals, and provide updates on performance.

  • Skills in Media Planning and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Plan and execute client-centric social media strategies.
  • Craft engaging content and curate trends.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and executing related strategies
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize content
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
