**Specific Responsibilities**:

- In-depth understanding of the company’s current position and future concepts
- Create business & sales Strategies to increase sales and customer interaction at every store
- Connect with Graphic team to motivate the target audience to ‘take action’ in ways of graphic designs
- Visit stores regularly to manage the Brand appeal, brand presence and engage with the ground team regularly
- Create content for all the promotional VM’s by narrating interesting facts about the Brand
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, and sales estimates and ensure all of this align to the business growth
- Measure & Analyse performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI
- Assist with product development, pricing, and new product launches along with developing new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and shape activities accordingly
- Be the face of communication between our valuable Partners and the Brand and devise Growth strategies
