We’re looking for a **Branding Executive / Strategist** to join our team and help elevate our brand to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Strategy Development**: Assist in shaping and implementing the branding strategy to strengthen LPO Holidays’ position in the travel industry.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and oversee branding campaigns across digital and offline platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct research on travel trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify opportunities for brand positioning.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all channels to ensure a cohesive and professional image.
- **Influencer & Partner Collaborations**: Build relationships with influencers and industry stakeholders to increase brand visibility.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Branding, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong creativity and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media trends, SEO, and digital marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
