Personal Brand Specialist

Role Summary:
Manage and scale the founder's personal brand presence across social media by strategizing, scripting, and overseeing high-quality video and visual content.
Note: This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialized team that executes your vision under your direction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan monthly content calendars focused on authority, storytelling, and engagement.
- Coordinate with editors, writers, and designers to execute brand messaging.
- Ensure alignment between personal brand content and company goals.
- Research trends and create positioning strategies.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve positioning.
- Manage posting schedules and creative pipelines.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in personal branding and digital storytelling.
- Strong sense of strategy, tone, and founder narrative positioning.
- Self-driven with a leadership mindset and eye for details.
Growth Path:
Reports directly to the founder; leads a dedicated brand team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
