YouTube Channel Growth Specialist (Full-Stack)

Role Summary:

Lead the complete YouTube ecosystem for the brand in the hair and beauty industry — from strategy to execution — with the single goal of driving exponential growth in views, retention, and subscribers.

Note: This is a senior leadership role. You will be leading a specialized team that executes your vision under your direction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end YouTube strategy: content planning, SEO optimization, and audience retention.
  • Analyze channel analytics and identify growth levers through data-backed insights.
  • Work closely with the script, editing, and thumbnail teams to ensure every upload is optimized for CTR and watch time.
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify high-performing topics.
  • Develop and implement title and thumbnail A/B testing systems.
  • Maintain brand tone and storytelling consistency across all uploads.
  • Build and manage a YouTube content calendar aligned with campaigns and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for reach amplification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
