**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Manage all online activities about traffic acquisition, sales, conversation and reporting.
- Manage order processing in line with the operation department w.r.t to stock-in and stock-out.
- Partner with operations to improve the margin by lowering shipping costs and streamlining logistics.
- Work with developers to improve website speed, visibility, and SEO, SCM
- Managing & executing promotional campaigns
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales of the department, new products, and performance
- Analysis of data and provide optimization recommendations.
- Partner with marketing and digital agency to build brand awareness, grow audience and increase sales.
- Implement specific online marketing plans for new launch.

**Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of e-commerce framework
- Must understand specialty coffee roasting and company operations.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a strong customer orientation
- Superb data analysis and report writing analysis.
