**Your Key Responsibilities**
- ** Strategy**: Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment for the India region to accelerate growth.
- ** Market Intelligence**: Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and regional needs through network participation.
- ** Innovation Portfolio Management**: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for the region.
- ** Business Case Support**: Consolidate regional inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.
- ** Deployment & Adaptation**: Collaborate with global marketing and project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars; connect with customers.
- ** Performance Measurement**: Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the region team's primary access point.

**You Bring**
- Strong business acumen to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment.
- Overall **10+ years of experience** in the **perfumery industry** and **innovation space** within the India region.
- Demonstrated success in deploying strategic initiatives, particularly in **laundry and surface care categories**.
- Adequate education in scientific, perfumery innovation, or sales areas.
- Fluency in **English**.
