**Position Overview**: As a Female Sales Executive at Nivasa, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will leverage your 3 to 5 years of experience in sales to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present our luxury furniture and home interior solutions effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a focus on personalized service.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through active listening and consultative selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Performance**:
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

- Prepare and process sales orders, including quotations, contracts, and follow-ups.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury furniture and home interiors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nivasa’s product range, including new arrivals and promotional offers.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
- **Showroom Management**:
- Assist in maintaining the showroom’s visual appeal, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and inventory is well-organized.
- Participate in showroom events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the luxury furniture or home interiors industry.
- **Skills**: Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
