**Business Innovation & Strategy Intern**

**Location**: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)
**Duration**: 6 Months (Full-time, Office Internship)
**Stipend**: To be discussed during the selection process

**About the Internship**

We are offering a unique **internship opportunity** for a **proactive and dynamic individual** who will work **closely with Top Management** on business growth, strategic projects, and process improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who loves **strategic thinking, creative idea generation, documentation, and presentation design**, while gaining hands-on exposure to top-level decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the **Top Management** on **business growth strategies and innovative ideas**.
- Prepare **professional documents, reports, and proposals** using MS Word, Excel & Canva.
- Design impactful **presentations and visuals** in PowerPoint and Canva.
- Support in **process analysis** and propose improvements for system efficiency.
- Conduct **research, competitor analysis, and data compilation** for strategic projects.
- Maintain structured documentation and ensure accuracy across reports.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva**.
- Excellent **documentation, proposal writing, and reporting skills**.
- Effective English communication (spoken & written).
- Analytical mindset with focus on **continuous system improvement**.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in **Business, IT, or related fields** (MBA preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from leadership.
