Role Name - Fashion Business & Strategy Intern

Internship Period - 2 to 3 Months

Stipend - 10,000 to 20,000 (Depending on the interviews)

Job Location - Prabhadevi (Next to station)

**Role Overview**

This role offers a deep dive into the business of fashion — from analyzing market trends to identifying growth opportunities and optimizing processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decision-making that drives brand success.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Market & Competitive Analysis**
- Research emerging fashion and consumer trends across local and global markets.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and SWOT analysis on key players.
- Assist in identifying whitespace opportunities for new collections or categories.

**Business Strategy & Planning**
- Support development of go-to-market strategies for seasonal drops and campaigns.
- Help with pricing strategy, product performance analysis, and assortment planning.
- Collaborate on retail expansion or D2C channel enhancement ideas.

**Data & Insights**
- Track sales and customer data to generate performance reports and actionable insights.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to assess campaign ROI and optimize spend.
- Assist in customer segmentation and targeting strategy.

**Project Management**
- Contribute to strategic projects related to growth, partnerships, or operations.
- Help build presentations for internal reviews, investor decks, or brand pitches.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, or consultants as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Pursuing a degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a love for fashion and consumer brands.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking.
