Support Events Manager in organizing Integrated Electronics Manufacturing & Interconnections event & Skill Challenge in India & International
- Coordination with international delegates & association & pursue to visit India for attending the event
- Coordinate with various vendors for all event-related collaterals and infrastructural requirements, manage vendor timelines, invoices, and payments
- Ensure and track deliveries of all event materials and collateral pre and post-event calling for doing audience acquisitions for on ground events. Create and manage content for all communication channels, both online and offline.
- Develop and support regional marketing campaigns
- Engage with event speakers and partners on logistics
- Organize booth at other shows
- Organize Networking events, technical workshops & Standards meetings
- Organize Virtual sessions & webinars
- Develop social media promotion/SEO
- Follow up on important meetings with Govt Agencies/Institutions.

**Knowledge**:

- Work experience in organizing events and exhibitions
- Track record in designing and executing successful programs
- Excellent decision making and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage completion of multiple tasks
- Possess strong verbal and written communications

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required

**Experience**

2 - 3 years with Association/Events/Exhibition Organization

**Salary**: From ₹600,000.00 per year
