We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Lead to manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate events and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures flawless delivery, and coordinates cross-functional teams to exceed client expectations.

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and MICE events from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, logistics, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines, ensuring events are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee AV setups, technical requirements, and troubleshooting during events.
  • Implement event operations processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and analyze feedback to enhance future operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational standards during events.
  • Mentor and manage a team of operations executives and coordinators.

Requirements:

  • 12 years+ of experience in Event Operations / MICE / Corporate Events Management.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office .
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
