Profile: MICE Operations Executive/Offsite Planner

**Salary**: 20000 to 22000 (Negotiable)

Location: Dwarka Sec 19, New Delhi (Dwarka Sec 10 Nearest Metro)

6 Days Working

Time : 10 AM to 6 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Research destinations, attractions, and activities to create unique and memorable offsite tour itineraries.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, transportation companies, and other service providers to coordinate logistics and bookings.
- Prepare detailed travel proposals, including cost estimates, itinerary schedules, and relevant documentation for client review and approval.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the travel planning process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests.
- Conduct post-tour evaluations to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute end-to-end plans for MICE events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards. Craft innovative solutions to enhance the overall event experience.
- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique MICE requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing proactive communication and addressing client needs effectively.
- Logistics and Coordination: Manage the intricate logistics of MICE events, including venue selection, accommodation, transportation, and technical requirements. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Budget Oversight: Create and manage detailed budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective services.
- Networking and Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in MICE event management. Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players, suppliers, and venues.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
