Seeking a dynamic Travel and MICE Operations Executive to manage travel arrangements, execute MICE programs, and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for clients.
- Plan, organize, and execute MICE programs, including conferences and corporate events.
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing personalized service and resolving issues.
- Manage financial administration, including budgeting and invoicing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in travel operations and MICE program management.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and services.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in travel software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
