**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing Prospects**:

- Use platforms like LinkedIn to identify and connect with relevant marketing heads and decision-makers from top MNCs.
- Research and gather accurate contact information for outreach.
**- Outreach and Engagement**:

- Make follow-up calls to build rapport and explain how we can meet their marketing and branding needs.
**- Setting Meetings**:

- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales or event planning team for detailed discussions.
- Ensure all appointments are coordinated efficiently with both clients and internal teams.
**- Record Management**:

- Note feedback, remarks, and action points from every interaction to support seamless follow-ups.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: 2-3 years in client outreach, business development, tele-calling, or a similar role, preferred in the events or B2B industry.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Social Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and track multiple leads and conversations without missing details.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools and productivity software like MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work closely with the sales and event teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
