Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads through field visits, campaigns, and marketing activities
- Engage with potential clients/students to promote ICA’s offerings and convert leads
- Conduct outreach activities at colleges, institutes, and corporates for branding and promotions
- Manage B2B and B2C sales activities to meet monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach and lead generation efforts
- Coordinate with the center and marketing teams for seamless execution of campaigns

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation, field sales, and B2B/B2C sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Knowledge of local geography (Kolkata) preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
