US Process (Inbound Calls & Outbound Calls)

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

**Qualifications**
- Graduate/Fresher
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organise, and prioritise work
- Excellent Communication skills.

**Salary
- 27k Gross per month**

21,000 (in hand) (1st month)
22,500 (in hand) (2nd month)
Post training 22,500 + variable PLI
