Payroll Associate

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a Payroll Associate who will be incharge of end to end payroll processing for India and UAE. This is a third-party contractual role for a period of 1 year.

**What you will do?**:

- Responsible for all Payroll related operations with accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Coordinate with the payroll vendor for Salary and flexi pay process and reports
- Collating all inputs that includes New Joiners, attendance, Bonuses, One Time payments, revision, recoveries, etc that is required for montly payroll and FnF
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll data through the inhouse Payroll representative
- Ensuring the statutory dues like TDS, PF, PT, ESI, etc are remitted on time
- Updating every salary change in the internal CTC master trackers along with effective dates
- Keeping track of future payouts and validating the payments during accruals of the amounts
- Processing Manual pay registers for on-roll contratual employees
- Ensuring timely opening of Declaration and proofs submission options for employees
- Any other day to day payroll operations

**What do you need?**:

- B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; professional certification (e.g. CPP, CPM) is a plus
- 5+ yrs of relevant experience in Payroll and related roles catering to India and other countries
- Proven experience as a payroll specialist or similar role (especially in a Payroll agency)
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
- Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS/ Agencies (e.g. Excelity, Allsec, Ascent) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- A keen eye for detail
- An analytical mind and good math skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Organizational and leadership skills
