The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and validating clients’ payroll in compliance with the statutory regulations of their respective countries. Additionally, they will handle payroll implementation projects to ensure seamless integration and compliance with local requirements.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly managing expectations andproviding comprehensive updates on project progress.• Oversee the collection and analysis of payroll requirements, translating these into detailedsystem specifications for successful implementations.• Demonstrate advanced expertise in the implementation and support of Philippines /Indonesiapayroll systems, with an added advantage of global payroll experience.• Exhibit extensive domain knowledge of global payroll, HR, and benefits systems.• Maintain an in-depth understanding of statutory policies applicable in the Philippines, ensuringcompliance in all payroll operations.• Efficiently manage complex and high-volume payroll operations, optimizing workflows andenhancing overall efficiency.• Execute and adjust strategic plans with a high degree of independence, ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals.• Proactively initiate and implement innovative process improvements, driving operationalexcellence.• Communicate clearly and effectively through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods acrossall levels of the organization.• Provide leadership in configuring and testing integrations between Darwinbox and other thirdparty solutions, ensuring seamless system interoperability.• Recommend best people practices aligned with client business needs• Assist the product implementation team during the implementation process in coordinationwith the client teams to ensure successful ‘go-live’(at the customer site if required)•Support clients to resolve queries on Payroll, as and when required.• Testing and developing new enhancements for the payroll module and coordinating withthe development team• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of theproblem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correctionor adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Requirements:• In-depth knowledge of Philippines /Indonesia Payroll with an experience of at least 8+years in payroll implementation/support• Good understanding of statutory compliances of the country• Proven ability to work and effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of businessrepresentatives.• Proven ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing resolutions.• Effective time management skill• Client handling and payroll system implementation (Transition)Minimum Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in processing Philippines Payroll• Should possess good knowledge of statutory compliance – Phil Health, Pagibig, SSS and Income Tax regulations.• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.• Experience working with payroll software.• Experience of Customer support on payroll product is preferable.• Should be a good team player.• A degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and time management skillLocation-Hyderabad/Bangalore
