**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- experience in the US IT Staffing market.
- Responsible for full cycle of Sales and recruitment.
- Involved in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC.
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct Client
- Connect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal.

**Desired Skills**:

- Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong hands-on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers
- Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.
- Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bench Sales Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- US IT Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- US Staffing: 3 years (preferred)
