A Bench Sales Recruiter at Bluebris Systems Inc. is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and marketing IT professionals who are currently "on the bench" (available for new projects) to clients in need of contract or remote IT staffing solutions. Success in this role is measured by the recruiter's ability to maintain strong relationships with both bench consultants and clients, effectively negotiate contracts, meet placement and sales targets, and ensure timely deployment of IT consultants to suitable projects. This contributes directly to Bluebris core business of providing high-skilled IT staff and outsourcing services to the US IT marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market our bench candidates (OPT, H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
    to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with
    prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
    .
  • Negotiate rates and close contracts for bench candidates.
  • Track and follow up on candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placements.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and consultants to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in Bench Sales for US IT Staffing.
  • Strong database of
    prime vendors and implementation partners
    .
  • Experience placing
    GC EAD, H1B, GC, and USC
    candidates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    target-driven environment
