Shift Timing: [Night shift (US EST/CST)]

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 4-7 years of proven expertise in marketing IT consultants in various technologies (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) to clients and system integrators across the US. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of US staffing, strong vendor/client networks, and the ability to close positions swiftly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly market bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC) to tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
  • Daily submission of consultants on requirements via Dice, LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, and vendor portals.
  • Negotiate rate, contract terms, and interview schedules effectively.
  • Identify new vendors and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand the complete US recruitment life cycle and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Required Skills:

  • 4-7 years of US IT Bench Sales and marketing experience with a successful track record.
  • Deep understanding of US Visa classifications, employment types, and compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well-connected with tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
