**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter having an aggressive approach towards work.
- We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented bench sales recruiter who has strong work ethics and commitment levels
- As a Bench Sales Recruiter who should involve in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations and closing
- Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants
- Involve in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements
- Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, Bench sales and recruitment process
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision
- Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfort ability used to submit the resume to the recruiter
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, EAD, etc.)
- Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp
- Understanding their requirement and clearly articulating the resume and formatting it as required
- Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals and other Networking sites
- Involved in marketing of consultants on bench to the preferred vendors
- Negotiating rate with vendors & managing the long term relations with them

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of bench sales, staffing, and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Experience with recruitment software and databases
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Self-motivated and results-oriented

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,232.36 - ₹48,987.04 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
