We're looking for experienced Bench Sales professionals who are passionate about IT recruitment and skilled in marketing consultants on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
  • Posting/submitting resumes on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Daily interaction with clients and consultants.
  • Coordinating interviews and following up with consultants.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Bench Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of US and Canada IT staffing and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Must be proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
