**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate client and vendor relationships in IT staffing.
- Source and match bench consultants to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with clients and consultants.
- Manage bench resource availability and utilization.
- Ensure compliance and document management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client demands.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and the recruitment team.
- Resolve issues and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain consultant quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
