**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Chef at ARIKO, you’ll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare and plate a variety of bagel’s, sandwiches, and spreads. You’ll support the back-of-house team to ensure quality, consistency, and cleanliness in a high-paced kitchen environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in food prep and cooking based on standardized recipes
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency of all dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen workstations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols strictly
- Support daily mise en place
- Collaborate with team members during rush hours
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for portion control and quality assurance
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Completion of formal culinary or kitchen job training (required)
- 12th pass or Diploma.
- 6+ months experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong understanding of basic kitchen operations, tools, and food safety
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Must be able to commute to Jubilee Hills.
