**Primary Purpose**:
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast dishes in a timely and high-quality manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to food safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Breakfast Preparation and Cooking**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereals, baked goods, and other breakfast specialties.
- Ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard, maintaining flavor, presentation, and portion consistency.
- **Menu Execution**:
- Execute the breakfast menu as planned, including any daily specials or dietary modifications.
- Provide input on menu development and suggest improvements or additions to the breakfast offerings.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:
- Follow all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
- **Time Management**:
- Coordinate the preparation of multiple dishes to ensure timely service.
- Manage time effectively to meet peak breakfast service demands.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Monitor stock levels of breakfast-related ingredients and supplies.
- Communicate with the store or procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in kitchen deep cleaning and routine maintenance as required.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations during breakfast service.
- Assist with training junior staff or kitchen helpers when necessary.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
