About Us:

Shreeshah Kitchen is an authentic Telugu & South Indian restaurant, serving traditional breakfast, wholesome thalis, and flavorful biryanis. We are looking for a passionate and skilled South Indian Chef who can bring true regional flavors to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic South Indian breakfast items (Idli, Dosa, Vada, Pongal, Upma, etc.).
  • Cook daily thalis with traditional Telugu & South Indian dishes.
  • Prepare a variety of biryanis with consistent taste and quality.
  • Maintain hygiene and quality standards in the kitchen.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate smooth operations during service hours.
  • Innovate and introduce new authentic dishes when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a South Indian Chef in a restaurant/hotel setup.
  • Expertise in South Indian breakfast, meals, and biryanis.
  • Strong knowledge of spices, flavors, and traditional cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage bulk orders and maintain consistency.
  • Team player with good leadership and time-management skills.

Salary: Competitive – Based on experience + Food & Accommodation can be provided.

Job Type: Full-time
