
Executive Assistant to CEO

We are hiring for a pioneering PropTech company revolutionizing real estate investment in India. They are expanding their presence and seeking assistant who will be at the **heart of the company’s strategic decisions**, working closely with the CEO on **business operations, investor relations, and key projects**. This role requires a **highly organized, proactive professional** with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Support
- Act as the right-hand to the CEO, assisting in strategic decision-making and execution.
- Manage business metrics, investor relations, financial reports, and key projects.
- Collaborate with the leadership team (PR, Sales, Finance, Legal) to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Executive & Investor Relations
- Liaison with investors, board members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in fundraising activities, investor reports, pitch decks, and financial presentations.
- Coordinate board meetings, investor calls, and due diligence processes.
3. Operations & Administrative Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel plans, and high-priority meetings.
- Optimize workflows and automate repetitive administrative tasks.
4. Research & Market Insights
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial analysis.
- Assist in whitepapers, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, PropTech advancements, and investment opportunities.
5. Special Projects & Event Management
- Support in organizing Company’s investor summits, PropTech events, and fundraising campaigns.
- Assist in high-stakes projects like CyberCity Indore, Selene Tower, and national expansion.
- Coordinate with PR & Marketing for brand-building activities and outreach programs.

Key Requirements
1. Experience & Background
- 5+ years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or Strategy Associate.
- Preferred industries: Startups, Finance, Real Estate, Investment Firms, or Consulting.
- Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, or stakeholder management is a plus.
2. Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), business writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM, and project management tools.
3. Personality & Mindset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- High confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business information.
- Self-motivated and goal-drivenwith an interest in startups, finance, and real estate.
