**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Customer Success Associate in our Insurance vertical. This role is based out of our Pune office and involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences while managing various client interactions. Open to both freshers and experienced professionals, especially those with a background in insurance or sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
- Ensure clear, fluent communication in *English* and *Hindi*, with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tone Influence (RTI).
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing grievances and inquiries.
- Maintain grammatical accuracy and clear pronunciation throughout interactions.
- ⁠Contribute to operational efficiency and support client needs as per business requirements.
- ⁠Work collaboratively with the operations and client teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Required Skillset**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong command over grammar and pronunciation.
- No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence).
- Professional and courteous approach with problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- ⁠Graduate in any field (mandatory).

**Work Schedule**:

- ⁠ ⁠Rotational Shifts (6 working days per week)

Females: Day shifts only, up to 8 PM

Males: Fully rotational shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
