Are you a problem solver with a passion for helping customers succeed? Use your communication skills and troubleshooting ability to delight thousands of users worldwide As a Customer Success Associate, you'll work closely with our co-founders and product specialists to ensure our product becomes a key part of our customers' business success.

What Your Week Looks Like: Support & Troubleshoot: Respond to complex product queries from highly qualified customers via chat, email, and phone. Hands-On Assistance: Engage in remote web sessions to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Collaborate & Solve: Work with product specialists to find creative solutions to business challenges. Follow Up & Ensure Success: Proactively check in with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Test & Improve: Identify product malfunctions and report them for enhancement. Stay Cool Under Pressure: Because great support comes with patience and a smile.

What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience in Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Support.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Fluent English communication with excellent comprehension and the ability to "read between the lines." Flexibility to work in shifts.
