Customer Acquisition and Success Associate - Trainee

We&aposre seeking an ambitious MBA graduate to drive end-to-end customer lifecycle management. This role offers unparalleled exposure across all marketing dimensions, from pipeline generation to brand strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage sales pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Acquire new customers and ensure seamless onboarding
- Drive customer success initiatives to maximize satisfaction and retention

- Develop compelling content strategies and ideation frameworks
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Create impactful presentations for stakeholders and clients
- Support brand transformation initiatives across multiple touchpoints
