_As the primary culinary leader, the Sous Chef oversees the daily management of kitchen staff and ensures the smooth operation of meal preparation, focusing on high-volume, sattvic food._
- Key duties include:_
- _Directly managing and training the kitchen team, fostering a supportive and efficient working environment._
- _Leading the culinary design and execution of menus tailored to large-scale prasad distribution._
- _Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste and freshness, with a keen focus on sattvic principles._
- _Overseeing the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure operational efficiency._
- _Managing kitchen finances, including cost estimates and supply ordering, to align with budgetary guidelines._
- This role demands a blend of leadership, culinary expertise, and spiritual alignment, ensuring that every meal served not only nourishes the body but also uplifts the spirit._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,568.87 - ₹53,636.20 per month
