Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related queries.
- Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to problem-solving.

2. Supplier Coordination:

- Communicate and coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Resolve supply chain issues in collaboration with the operations team.

3. Field Visits:

- Visit customers on-site when required to address specific concerns or provide technical/product support.
- Conduct product demonstrations or assist with installations as needed.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions for management review.

5. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
- Work with internal teams to implement customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or sales (preferred).

2. Experience:

- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.

3. Key Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery or products is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for field visits when required.
- Passion for building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

To Apply:
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
