Role Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. The role focuses on providing support, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth and retention of the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain updated customer records and feedback logs
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical) to resolve issues
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship continuity
- Support in executing communication campaigns and product promotions
- Prepare regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture or Business preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or agri-input sales preferred
- Excellent communication in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
