Responsibilities


• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through efficient and timely responses.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues across channels such as email, phone, and social media.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to optimize the customer experience.

**Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.

Track performance indicators to assess client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language preferred.

Prior experience with CRM software is advantageous.
