Track performance indicators to assess client satisfaction and project success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language preferred.
