Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused Front Desk Executive to ensure a smooth showroom experience by greeting and guiding customers, coordinating with sales executives, and assisting during their visit. The role also includes after-sales follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and guide customers from reception to the showroom floor.
- Assign the customer to the relevant sales executive as per their requirement (tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, etc.).
- Stay connected with the customer during their store visit and support in resolving queries.
- Maintain customer records (name, contact details, requirement, assigned sales person).
- Handle basic product information if sales staff are busy.
- Manage after-sales follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints if any.
- Coordinate between customer, sales team, and management for smooth communication.
- Share daily customer visit reports with management.
**Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer handling/front office roles.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills and confidence.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
- Strong coordination and record-keeping skills.
