The role involves managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day -to -day operations.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and prior experience in front office or hospitality management.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with courtesy and professionalism.Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk -in inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front office records.Provide information about programs, facilities, and procedures to students and guests.Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication and visitor management.Manage the reception area to ensure it is presentable, professional, and welcoming.Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events as required.Support general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and documentation. RequirementsQualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.1–2 years of experience in front desk operations, administration, or hospitality roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer -service orientation.
