We are seeking a detail -oriented and proactive Academic Executive to join our Academic Administration team. The role involves coordinating academic operations, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring smooth execution of academic processes in alignment with institutional policies.The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in academic administration or student services within a higher education institution.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of academic activities, examinations, and timetables.Maintain accurate and up -to -date student records, attendance, grades, and other academic documentation.Coordinate with faculty members, Heads of Departments, and administration to ensure smooth academic functioning.Prepare academic reports, circulars, and communications for students and faculty.Handle student queries related to academics and provide timely resolutions.Monitor and update digital systems for academic data management.Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and seminars.Contribute to improving academic processes through feedback and suggestions. RequirementsQualification:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.1–3 years of experience in Academic Administration, preferably in higher education.Strong knowledge of academic coordination, documentation, and record management.Proficiency in MS Office and academic management software/tools.
