Floor Executives

A Floor Executive in a car dealership showroom is responsible for supervising daily operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role requires efficient staff management, coordination with different departments, and attention to both operational and visual showroom standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities on the showroom floor, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Greet customers, address their inquiries, and promptly resolve any complaints to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Oversee staff performance, training, and mentoring of new employees.

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishments, and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure the showroom's appearance and visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.

Essential Qualifications
